Payments and refunds
Paid reports are delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery, contact us at hellothereblumey@gmail.com within 24 hours.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Blumey to:
- Upload contracts containing sensitive personal data of third parties without their consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent Blumey's output as professional legal advice to others
Governing law
